Final pricing may be subject to adjustment if site conditions, material costs, or project specifications change.

Estimates are provided free of charge for projects within our service area. Detailed engineering estimates may require a nominal fee for complex projects.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual contracts and typically require a deposit upon contract execution with progress payments tied to project milestones. Final payment is due upon project completion and client acceptance of work performed.

Payment is considered overdue if not received within 30 days of invoice date. Overdue accounts may be subject to interest charges of 3% per month and collection costs.

Warranty

We warrant our workmanship against defects for a period of one year from project completion, subject to normal use and maintenance. This warranty does not cover damage from acts of nature, vehicle damage, or improper maintenance. Material defects are covered by manufacturer warranties which we will facilitate as appropriate.

Our liability is limited to the correction of defective work or refund of amounts paid for the affected portion of the project.

Project Timelines & Force Majeure

Project timelines may be affected by weather conditions, permit delays, utility conflicts, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to minimize delays and communicate schedule changes promptly. Weather-related delays are common in construction and do not constitute breach of contract.

We are not liable for delays or additional costs resulting from unforeseen site conditions, utility conflicts, or other factors outside our reasonable control.
